Members Meeting, Pond Conditions and Benches

Member Meeting

The first meeting of the season will take place this Thursday at the clubhouse. A dinner of beer can and rotisserie chicken will be served at 6:30pm. The meeting will start at 7:00pm.

This will offer a chance to catch up with old and new members and share summer fishing stories and plans for the fall.

Pond Conditions and Fall Stocking

After some cold nights and a little (but not enough) rain, the pond is starting to look ready for it fall stocking of rainbow and brown trout. Stocking is still scheduled for next week (10/22) so Opening Day can go ahead on Saturday 26th October.

More Grounds Maintenance (Benches)

Our tired and worn pond side benches have been refurbished in time for the busy weeks that follow Opening Day. New boards and hardware have been installed and fresh coats of stain have been applied. A big thank you to the members who gave their time and skills to get this done.
