Ice Fishing Event

Fly Tying Night is tomorrow, February 4th, at the NSC clubhouse. The wood stove will be roaring, the pizza will be hot at 5:30pm and tying commences at 6:00pm. This months flies can be seen below and Tony, Dennis and Don will be on hand to walk members and guests through the tying instructions. Full tying details can be found on the Fly Tying page of the club website.

Take care in the parking lot, it is plowed but is slick in spots.

Firewood Donation

The wood pile has been topped up by the generous donation of a half-cord of kiln-dried hardwood from long time member Erik Rockwood of Rockwood Inc. Thanks to Bobby Rockwood and Paul for helping to stack the wood in Saturday's snow.

Ice Fishing Reminder - Please email the club (needhamtroutpond@gmail.com) if you plan on attending the ice fishing afternoon at the pond this Saturday (02/08). This will help us to plan for food and bait requirements. This is a members only event and 2025 dues can be paid on the day. We are keeping a close eye on the weather and ice conditions and a final "Ice Fishing is happening" email will go out on Friday if ice conditions stay as they are.
