Clean Up Day update & NCE Events

The NCE "Fly Fishing Fundamentals" course will be taking place at the club pond this weekend (Saturday 26th April) between 9am and 1pm.

Members are asked to give the instructors and attendees space to cast/fish along the shoreline.

The second day of this course is scheduled for Saturday 3rd May.

Clean Up Day Report

A big thank you to the members who attended last weekends clean up morning, in and around the clubhouse now look great. Some members also gave the club shed a much need spring clean out and the pond shoreline was picked of trash and debris.

A special mention must go to the guys from Sesame Street Construction. They spent a couple of days converting some reclaimed pallets into the clubs new woodshed.

The next step is to salvage firewood for next winter. If any members have tree work being done, please let us know and our band of happy chainsaw owners will turn up and take the wood to the club.
