The March Fly Tying night is taking place this Tuesday, 3rd March. Tying begins at 6.00pm and pizza slices will be available from 5:30pm. This months flies are the Griffith's Gnat and the WD-40 emerger. Parking space at the club is a little sparse due to the plowed snow piles so please park with consideration for others.

Lots of members and their families enjoyed a second weekend of ice fishing at the pond this past Saturday and Sunday. New and old members took to the ice with jigging rods in hand and there was a lovely, social atmosphere across the pond. The weather was once again on the anglers side and some nice rainbow trout and brook trout were caught as well as couple of brown trout and another one of our elusive largemouth bass. More fish were caught both early and later in the day.

Members and their immediate family will have a second chance to ice fish the pond this weekend (21st & 22nd February) With fly fishing for trout looking to be many weeks away the BoD voted to allow a second weekend of ice fishing.
